Place is very clean, and the service was amazing! Sophia colored and styled my hair, and I am beyond happy with my results. I went in as a walk in customer, and was taken in right away. I’m so glad I gave it a chance, it exceeded my expectations!

My hair looks great but I rated it 3 stars because I was there for 3 hours. Kept working on walk-ins (2 people trying to multitask) while leaving me sitting for long periods of time. 5 people came in and out during my whole appointment. That was very unnerving as I was growing later and later in picking up my son. Haven’t had my hair done in 8 months, finally had a little time to spare and it just became another tedious chore to me. It really only should have taken about an hour to an hour and a half like all the other times in the past.

Came in today for a try. She never smiled, very impatient, cut my hair like chopping carrots, dropped towel, dropped combs, didn’t bother to clean any of them. Most importantly, her careless cutting destroyed my hair!!! Now I have bunch of choppy uneven hair. If you don’t have respect for your customer, please don’t be in service industry.
