Horrible place! We booked a couples massage for our anniversary. When we reached there for our appointment, we were told couples room is not available and if we wanted get massages done that day, we can get them done in separate rooms (at the charge of couple massage). We were quite bummed as we had taken off from work, hired child care and booked the massages way in advance. We went ahead with separate massages as we didn’t want to spoil our day and couldn’t afford to make the child care arrangements for yet another day. Massage was okay. I really don’t know the qualifications of these masseuses but at some point during my massage I was worried if I’m in the right hands. At the end, while I was paying for the massage, my husband was taking care of the tips, he tipped whatever he felt was right. One of the ladies came forward and asked a higher amount which she said was recommended %. My husband gave her whatever she asked for. Later, when he did the calculation he found out it was way higher than the recommended %. I was very surprised with the whole demeanor of these people. Instead of being sorry for messing up our appointment, they had the audacity to ask more tip by lying. We obviously understand gratuity is part of special income but this was pure extortion. If you want to get a good stress free experience run away from this place as fast as you can.

My husband treated me to a massage from this spa. After my massage was over, I gave the receptionist a tip for the massage therapist and she had the audacity to tell me that my tip wasn’t enough. That was very unprofessional on her end, I called my husband and he told her to take the tip or leave it and so she took it. Overall my massage was great but the fact that the receptionist kept trying to get more money out of me just ruined my experience with this place!
