Amanda did a great job and made me feel so relaxed during my 60 minute therapeutic massage today! She paid attention to what I wanted and made sure to check in with me on her pressure and how I was doing. I found soothing touch through a Groupon deal, their location address needs to be updated, as they are now in a business plaza on Broadway between Prudence and Kolb and no longer on Craycroft. Scheduling was a bit hit or miss since they don’t have a receptionist and schedule in between clients. I did request an appointment online that they could not accommodate when they got back to me. Unfortunately I waited a while to schedule(my fault) and my Groupon was about to expire soon. Amanda did her best to work with me on getting in and was nice enough to offer to let me use the Groupon even after expiration. I opted to work with them and schedule on a weekend. I’m so glad I took a chance on this Groupon because she did an amazing job! I liked that they text me my intake form so it didn’t cut into the appointment time at all. Her pressure was perfect, not too light and didn’t make me want to jump off the massage table! I highly recommend Amanda- great for relaxing or deep pressure. They have a few other LMTs that offer medical massage and couples massage as well. She worked hard to relieve any knots I had. Many chains don’t train their LMTs to do both. It’s either or and you’re always left feeling like the massage is incomplete. Amanda gave me the most amazing scalp and facial massage! I was literally melting into her table. it took me a couple minutes to get up and I may or may not have drooled. I will be back and happy to pay regular price! Look them up if you want to relax or slept wrong or just need some quiet time. The medical plaza somehow is very quiet- even with the traffic on Broadway. She dims the lights and puts on relaxing music so any background noise there may be is completely drowned out. Can’t wait to get another massage!

Unfortunately, Soothing Touch Massage gets a 1* due to lack of communication, lack of customer service, and no follow through with making an appointment. I purchased a gift through Groupon thinking all would be well for the recipient. The individual who received the gift tried numerous times to set up an appointment. They never received communication from the person who owns Soothing Touch. Therefore the appointment was never made, and I had go through Groupon to get my money back. I hope this review helps Soothing Touch with awareness, so they can up their customer service game.

This was my first facial it was okay not exactly what I was expecting they just rubbed some cream on my face and called it good also got a wax did not do tinting because specialist said it would rub off so I decided to only wax so I could get the full experience however the woman still just avoided my eyes I would definitely like to try another facial just don’t see myself returning here
