Titi did an amazing job on the massage. I wanted a 1-hour deep tissue massage and she was very thorough, professional, and attentive. As a bonus, I was able to schedule an appointment with her the same day I called. I was happy to support this small business in Woodbury and I will definitely be returning. The most horrible experience I have ever had with a massage. My session was interrupted by 3 phone calls and her answering someone at the door. The therapist actually started to fall asleep on me. I could feel her flinching as she would fall asleep on me. This was horrible. I had a 90 min massage and gave her 1 hour to fix herself. At the one hour mark I decided to walk out of there and ask for a refund bc since she was falling asleep she just held my feet sitting on the side of the massage table and wasn’t even giving me a massage. Never had such a experience in massage parlor even in Asia! Here in Woodbury is unexceptable!!! Will be calling the city to investigate this place.

I should have listen to the rating!!! Omg!!! terrible customer service and they actually wants you to pay tip before the service. She literally left the room twice and it took her about 5 mints to come back!!! Also, they count the timing that is on the receipt!! it took her about 15 mints to start!!! I highly recommend not to go to this place unless you don’t mind missing 15 mints out of your 60 mints!!!!!!
