Critical: Punctuality, ValueI made an appointment for my Japanese wife. I thought we had found a person that could cut her hair and give her a relaxing environment. There was a miscommunication about the start of our appointment (totally understandable as I had made a reservation over the phone. No problem there.). However, our starting time got pushed back an additional 20 minutes due to Soo being behind.When it came time for me wife to get her hair cut, Soo spoke in Japanese. However, Soo was not really able to understand my wife’s native Japanese and just seemed to nod her head. My wife wanted a bit of length cut off in addition to some thinning due to her thick hair. Soo just thinned out the ends of her hair, but did nothing to the length. Because of this, the length is not even and looks quite messy. Additionally, my wife’s bangs were cut very unevenly and were thinned out to the point of looking like she is losing her hair. The entire haircut took about 15 minutes and cost $30 plus tip. We would have been much better off going to SuperCuts or a similar place that offers $10-15 haircuts. Save your money.Service: HairstylingI made an appointment for my Japanese wife. I made an appointment for my Japanese wife. I thought we had found a person that could cut her hair and give her a relaxing environment. There was a miscommunication about the start of our appointment (totally understandable as I had made a reservation over the phone. No problem there.). Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went there for Japanese straightening but as soon as I washed my hair (about 3 days after, the day Soo told me) my hair was the same like I didn’t have the Japanese straightening. Then she blamed my hair, (I heard she has done that to many other clients too) but I have been to other hair salons many times before and my hair stays straight for 6months to 1 year.She is there alone doing everything in a hurry and not delicate.Plus, I had an appointment set up from 1 month before going, to have my hair ready for thanksgiving 2020, but she canceled me saying there are many other clients. When I was the first one to get an appointment close to thanksgiving!!! I went there for Japanese straightening but as soon as I washed my hair (about 3 days after, the day Soo told me) my hair was the same like I didn’t have the Japanese straightening. Then she blamed my hair, (I heard she has done that to many other clients too) but I have been to other hair salons many times before and my hair stays straight for 6months to 1 year.

Critical: QualitySoo was a very nice lady, however it was a very poor service probably she was the only one working or what, but she took other clients while leaving hair hair with bleach. The results were not what I wanted and my color is fading away. THE PRICE WAS UNREASONABLE!!! I definitely recommend asking for the price beforehand!Service: Hair coloring
