We used both hair and makeup services for our Brooklyn wedding, and the team at Soon Beauty Lab was so accommodating! It was a bit of a last minute booking for us, but they really squeezed us in and made it work. My entire bridal party was so happy with their hair and makeup. For my bridal updo, I worked with Igor and he really listened to my direction and brought my vision to life. We used Elena for makeup and loved it as well! Would definitely recommend for wedding services.

i’ve been to Soon several times over the years, and always have a pleasant experience with everyone there. the prices are consistent with other city shops, and i do feel like i’m treating myself to a fancy Haircut. most recently Natasha gave me bangs along with lifting and reshaping the layers, and I couldn’t be happier with her results. i recommend Soon salon all the time. thank you!

Stephanie was amazing! She took the time to talk through what I wanted and gave me realistic expectations based on my hair and the photos I showed her so I knew exactly what I could get. The color she did looks so natural and perfect. The haircut is great too, she really listened to what I wanted and the amount of time I do/don’t put into doing my hair each day and suggested the best options for me, and I love it! She took so much time and care doing my hair and really understood what I wanted!

I have a good amount of hair, with a variety of curl patterns. The cut Amber provided looks just as great wavy/curly as it did smooth, when I left the salon. I look forward to seeing Amber again.

Came in for a curtain bang trim with pictures of how my hair looked a month prior and left looking like I had a bad toupee on. My regular stylist was out of town and I had a lapse in judgement trusting a new salon to cut my hair but the reviews were good and I didn’t think someone could do this bad of a job. Multiple stylists have looked at my hair this week since then and told me they have no idea what this man must have been thinking chopping my hair super short lengths in random layers, not connecting the hair, not following the shape of my face at all. I had a shoot the next day and no amount of styling could salvage this nightmare. Apparently it will take at least 2-3 months for my hair to grow back to how it was before. I hate leaving reviews like this but if I had read a review like this I could’ve avoided many tears and looking like I had emergency skull surgery.
