Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe first handful of haircuts I had here were the best I’d had in a long time. Boom and one lady that works closest to the register were great. They took their time and had great attention to detail. The past few have not been great. The first handful of haircuts I had here were the best I’d had in a long time. Boom and one lady that works closest to the register were great. They took their time and had great attention to detail. The past few have not been great. Other stylistst prefer to not scissor cut or texture the top and even after asking them to shorten it it’s still too long. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWell..they answered the phone…big big plus. Very clean and welcoming. Was temperature checked and the stations were 6′ apart. They are taking the safety precautions seriously. Kay cut my hair and she did just a frickin’ AWESOME job. I am so very pleased with her work. Hair, neck ,eyebrows, all cleaned up. The hot towel and massage afterwards was a wonderful surprise. I am out here for 3 more weeks and if I need a touch up, there is no doubt that I am heading straight back the Sook’s. Well..they answered the phone…big big plus. Very clean and welcoming. Was temperature checked and the stations were 6′ apart. They are taking the safety precautions seriously. I have cut my hair at own several times during the pandemic, but I had one go completely wrong right before needing to travel for an important meeting. I was worried that it could not be saved, but Sook turned it into an excellent high n’ tight withing 10 minutes. I went from total embarrassment to admiring how good I looked with the new haircut. My father Barry and I went here after looking what was open with COVID-19 restrictions. They are extremely clean, professional and make sure you leave with a quality haircut every-time. The staff is extremely professional, welcoming and will make sure you leave with a quality haircut. I will not go anywhere else for a skin tight fade, it’s perfect every time.

Critical: Quality, ValueNo wait time which was great. But it took the lady 45 minutes to do a simple high and tight. She messed up 10 minutes in and wouldn’t let me look in the mirror. Instead of a 3 on top and the sides close to skin, she made it 1 on top and bald on the sides. She didn’t even get the “high” part correct. She stopped halfway. Soon ALWAYS get him to sit perfectly and she is so patient and just does an outstanding job. We will never go anywhere else. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
