Sony’s Eyebrows & More

Critical: ProfessionalismI was going here for years, it was very convenient for me since I only live 5 minutes away and never had a problem with any of the ladies doing my eyebrows. However, I was in here the other day and a new lady took me. I had never seen her, so I figured she was a brand new. At first, I was a little iffy but decided to trust her. It didn’t go well, she completely changed the shape of my eyebrows. They use to be straight and now only one is straight while the other had an arch!!! During the process, she began doing the bottom without asking me to hold it. Probably why it hurt more than usual 🙁 and she only told me to hold towards the end when she had finished. Next eyebrow comes, and she gets one of the ladies that works there to hold it in place WITH HER BARE HANDS. She wasn’t wearing any gloves, I at least hope her hands were clean. And i even offered to hold them, but she said no. When I got to my car, I couldn’t believe the shape. She also left cuts on one of my brows on the bottom skin because she wouldn’t let me hold. I was going here for years, it was very convenient for me since I only live 5 minutes away and never had a problem with any of the ladies doing my eyebrows. However, I was in here the other day and a new lady took me. I had never seen her, so I figured she was a brand new. At first, I was a little iffy but decided to trust her.
