Hypnotherapy & Guided Imagery

Reiki & Relaxation
Reiki and Relaxation combines Intuitive Reiki** with basic Craniosacral & Polarity Therapy techniques (including foot reflexology) and guided imagery to increase the power and efficacy of treatment.You can expect to spend around 45 minutes “on the table” during a typical session.The remainder of the time will be spent in discussion and integration.**Reiki is a Traditional Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes powerful healing. It is a fully clothed modality, and may or may not include touch. Reiki promotes a deeply relaxed state, increased healing and an overall sense of well-being.Most clients report feeling relaxed, calm, more rested, and a reduction in pain; and more than one client noted that they ‘looked 5 years younger’ after this treatment.*Sessions can also be purchased as a gift certificate, or in a series of 4 or more for a discount*		$100.00
Relaxation Massage
This 60 minute massage is for relaxation. The relaxation massage is a Swedish Massage which is a delicate ballet where every stroke gracefully flows into the next, bringing a sense of deep relaxation. A full body massage, it is the classic style for most spas. Although Swedish is often considered a lighter massage, it can be performed with a deeper pressure. The therapist will ask you what type of pressure you enjoy, and will customize the massage accordingly. Swedish Massage requires no coaching from the therapist, unlike other massage styles. One can relax and fall asleep with little or no feedback required. If more therapeutic work is required, please book the Therapeutic Massage. Note: If you are pregnant, please book the Prenatal Massage. 60 minutes.		$85.00
Sonoran Serenity Signature Facial
Sonoran Serenity Spa’s Signature Facial is a deeply relaxing experience that includes two botanical cleanses, an enzyme exfoliation, a relaxing foot massage while the enzyme lifts dead skin, extractions if necessary, face, neck, shoulder and décolleté massage with nourishing desert botanical organic jojoba oil, a luxurious treatment mask with a hand massage and moisturizer/SPF. Cleansers, enzyme and mask are customized based on skin type. 60 minutes.		$85.00
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is designed to address areas of discomfort in the body. Using a combination of techniques such as deep tissue, myotherapy and trigger point, aches and pains will be worked out. Although many clients find this type of massage very relaxing, communication with the therapist and feedback is typically required. Post session instructions will be given and are strongly suggested to minimize discomfort. Therapeutic massage is recommended on at least a biweekly basis. If more detailed work is required, please book the 90 minute therapeutic massage. Note: If you are pregnant, please book the Prenatal Massage. 60 minutes. $100		$100.00

I loved my massage and facial for my birthday! bot of the technicians were very professional and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my sessions throughout so I was not disappointed at anytime with the service. I have a injury to my low back and am always having to repeat to other massage therapists not to push so hard, but NOT this time I was never once uncomfortable or in any pain whatsoever. I will be going back as often as possible. thank you all so very much for the wonderful Birthday Spa day!!

Got a massage today from holly and omg she was so so amazing! She gave me exactly what I needed and like she could read my mind , she got all my knots out and even got me to relax for once (that’s hard for me) best massage I have had in many many years I highly highly recommend her ! The facilities are super nice and clean…. Will be back to see holly again and for a facial and some other of the super cool treatments they offer! Love this place.

Very impressed with this place. Cute and clean. My wife took me today for a massage and it was perfect. More importantly my wife has been suffering from migraines and after the massage I could see the spark back in her eyes. I haven’t seen her this good in over a month. So needless to say I highly recommend this place. Everyone was super nice.

I was from out of town and booked a facial last minute. The esthetician I had was so nice and did such a great job, my skin feels great! She is specially trained in pre and post natal as well. Rachel took care of me today for a derma facial and I am so happy she did!! I would recommend her for a few reasons: she is a highly experienced esthetician, she has a gentle but very effective style, she makes the experience comfortable and relaxing, and all around is a very kind and skilled person to take care of you. She even threw in a free foot massage. Rachel, if you see this, I wish I could bring you to Seattle. Sadly I will be moving, but you set the standard high and I appreciate you.
