Saturday 3/26/2022 At first look in the shop after they were done the color looked OK but as soon as I went outside the Color is splotchy, nails are misshapen, there is dried gel polish under my nails on my toes. 60 dollars for a fill and gel.

Walked in about an hour to close and was taken right away. Nice calming environment with friendly nail techs. Haven’t had my nails done in quite a while so went in for acrylics. They presented me with the option for the dip. Went for it and love it. Pretty color and feels lighter than acrylic. Will go back if I continue to get my nails done.

I paid for a full pedicure treatment. $$$ She cut my toe and when I yelled, she said hang nail… I have never had a hang nail in my life. She cut my toe and now it’s inflamed and painful. You can see how red it is. The polish was the worst French manicure I have ever seen. She painted the white halfway down my toe. The red polish is from me trying to hide the absolute ridiculous job. I will not go there again. SMH I’m removing the polish today. What a waste of a days pay for me. On a positive note, the salon was clean and the staff seemed nice. But I paid for a professional pedicure hence the review.

Kim is amazing! She is so gentle on my nails, and I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with people being rough on my thin skin and nails. She is, for sure, the best I’ve ever gone to. She listens to what I want, and they always come out perfect! Kim’s also so great to talk to. In fact, everyone at the salon is very kind and courteous. They even offer you water while you sit in their massage chairs. Best place I’ve ever been to. You should definitely make an appointment!

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI would never recommend this salon to anyone. Not only did I witness several unsanitary practices, I was also charged the price for Gel Nails and either didn’t get a gel polish or it was a sub par product . During the process of removing my old gel polish the young lady broke two of my nails, so consequently the rest of the nails needed to be cut shorter to make them look right. Now a few days out, my nails that were strong and long are now chipping and tearing and soft, and look terrible. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Not only did I witness several unsanitary practices, I was also charged the price for Gel Nails and either didn’t get a gel polish or it was a sub par product . I usually go to Kim. She does my brows also. I am always satisfied with her work. I took a picture with me last time and she matched it pretty closely. The only negative is that she used a glow in the dark polish on middle fingers, I don’t think she knew. She doesn’t overbook so I am not kept waiting, a huge bonus! I recommend her to everyone I know.

I have been going here to see Cindy about a year and I have to tell you ALL the ladies make sure you are comfortable. Julia wrapped my nails for me last week so I wouldn’t have to wait, they offer you water, they are just so nice! The work they do is artistry! My nails ALAWYS look perfect! The SNS product they use has made my real nails stronger and healthier than ever. I would not even consider going anywhere else!
