I took my son who was two at the time going on three his 4th Barber Shop haircut. Even though I did call ahead and ask them if they had a wait, they told me they did not. After waiting for about 30 minutes with a two-and-a-half-year-old I was next in line for my son to get a haircut. Even though it is a grown man’s Barbershop the conversations are not child-friendly of course, neither is there music, or dare television selections. And I did not expect it to me because I knew it was geared for grown men, not little boys. So after I waited the guy who cut my son’s hair, have patience with my son but for what he charged me which was $15 she did a mediocre job. So it was then that I took to YouTube and looked up how to cut my child’s hair. And now through trial and error I cut my son’s hair every two weeks. And I do a better job then what the guy at this Barber Shop did. I was watching while I was waiting for 30 minutes, one of the best barbers in this whole establishment. He’s a young guy, very handsome I might add. LOL. He had people in and out and did the best cuts I have seen, I wanted him but he at least had an our weight. And my brother and my father told me that he likes to talk a lot that’s why his weight is so long. But that day when I was in there he was talkin but he was also getting his clients done in a respectable time. Maybe I will ask him if he could show me some tips for my son

I’m new to the area and this barbershop was convenient . I visited the shop on 3 occasions and and received a bit of customer service but today I didn’t feel like a paying customer. I visit the shop to get my son and nephew hair cut for school. There weren’t many clients and as usual, waited to see which barber would come available i.e. 21st come 1st served and inquired how long each barber would be completing their current client. Needless to say, while awaiting my nephew to be finished, I asked a barber who had no one I need the chair to assist but he ushered me to the same barber cutting my nephew hair so he can watch the game, I suppose. .didn’t comment. Then, he took another client and my 10yr old son asked why didn’t he cut my hair. I asked the barber if there was a particular reason for not servicing my son without an adequate response nor an apology to me or my son. Unfortunately, this is the last visit regardless of convenience and surely as a paying customer. .I my son’s service is not of importance either. Not kid friendly and surely this particular barber was too arrogant to consider my son vs his own feelings to apologize. ..disappointed mom
