Emma Sterns left my hair a mess! I do not like to complain or make trouble, but feel I need to warn anyone with dark hair and wanting blonde hair. I can understanding banding on a few foils, but banding on my entire head is unacceptable! She knew exactly what she was getting into when responding to my request via a Fresno mom’s group for someone who can do blondes from 1B to 8A and pictures of my current hair, including VIRGIN hair. Now I know each stylist has their own technique, products, and hair patterns they follow when doing hair, but the end result was no where near what my request was and not even decent! Wrong color, wrong tone! Furthermore, as my hair was blown dry and styled by her before leaving, I find it hard to believe she missed the terrible tabby cat/ tortise shell cat hair she gave me. Such poor taste to allow a client to leave looking like a mess. She did offer to fix it, but having lost trust and confidence in her skills, I opted to get a color correction elsewhere. Glad I was able to get a partial refund.

Went to Sonny B Salon for my first time with Courtney! The salon was so cute and welcoming! Courtney did a wonderful job on my color and trim! Can’t wait to return in the future!
