Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI will not recommend them to no one.! Please do not go to them! I drove 2 hours just so she can put whatever she wanted in my head. Mind you I sent her pictures of how I wanted my hair before I went there and she said she could do it. When I made it there she was putting regular braids in my hair and that’s when she told me they she didn’t know how to do the braids I wanted. She then got mad and cut the braids out my head and called the police on me. She didn’t want to give me my money back, but she did. Very unprofessional and rude. I will not recommend them to no one.! Please do not go to them! I drove 2 hours just so she can put whatever she wanted in my head. Mind you I sent her pictures of how I wanted my hair before I went there and she said she could do it. I called for an appointment and was told to come Saturday at 8:00am. I arrived at 7:45 only to be told by Tida “go to another braid shop, I have something to do”. Don’t give people a time to be there and then send them elsewhere. If I had known she couldn’t do it, I would’ve gone to Memphis. This was very unprofessional, inconvenient, and bad business.
