Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSonja dyed, trimmed and styled my human hair wig, and trimmed a synthetic one to improve the styling. Both were done while I was wearing the wigs, which had not been done by the prior upscale store where I had purchased the wigs and it made a huge difference. The human hair wig was the wrong color for me (I wasn’t thinking clearly when I bought it) and Sonja used foils and a glaze to ensure that the gray base was highlighted with silver to resemble my own hair. She is incredibly talented, extremely knowledgeable about wigs, and genuinely cares about her clients’ satisfaction with the results. Additionally, she has a lovely salon and a beautiful selection of wigs to purchase—so beautiful that I couldn’t resist buying one despite the fact that I already owned a human hair and two synthetic wigs. Sonja is compassionate and conscientious and, unlike with many hair stylists, you feel like you are working together to achieve your best look.
