I had a GREAT experience. I booked a spa pedicure for my sister in law, husband, and I and it was amazing. I live in Bronx,NY but traveled there and was amazed by the treatment we were given. I love my encapsulated acrylic set and my sister in law nails were so perfect they ask if she mind them taking a picture of her tapered square nails. I highly recommend them.

I’ve come here twice now, my first time was great. The second time, I have to say that I was disappointed. Before I even opened the door and walked in, i was smacked with the smell of acetone and nail polish. Now, I understand that this a nail salon and that’s the way they smell, but they had closed the door and turned on the air conditioner with no way of the fumes escaping. They wanted me to wait an hour inside that intoxicating place?! I waited outside, thank you! I don not know how those poor women work in such an environment. This cannot be healthy, and need an exhaust to drive those fumes out. All of the ladies there are very nice, however, I got stuck with one that had to leave early and did not do my nails well. Luckily, I noticed before getting home. I came back and another lady offered to fix my nails, but as u can see those big gaps on the side of my nails is how she did them. This time, I was already home when I noticed. I was very disappointed. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back for a while.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been here a couple of times and I love the end result always. I get my acrylics done with Lupita and my regular manicures with Patty. This appointment I had mistaken the time for my appointment for 1pm when it was actually at 11am. They were so understanding and nice about it and they even booked me for a later appointment. I arrived earlier than my appointment time and she started right away. I loved the way my nails looked afterwards. Definitely a great place to consider going to and the staff is extremely nice. (:

Called to see if I can come in to get a color that match’s. I asked for perfect match and this is what I got. Vanessa was stupendous she took her time and was extremely nice !! But I will never come back due to the owners husband. I called and explained to him what happened and he said we will have to charge you full price since it’s gel manicure. Then he heard me say “wow” and said how about you come in the morning and show me. I payed $35 for the special they had and tipped $20. Vanessa had no fault neither do I. So for a mismatch of colors I have to repay ? I don’t see myself wasting my time to come in the morning to have him be the judge of what the outcome should be. I’ve been working in the customer service industry for 18 years And one thing I learned is repeat clients are better then new ones. This is my second time going there and I wasn’t too happy the first time around but said I’ll try someone else, and I did. Now I found someone I like and owners husband just made me change my mind. If he would have just said come in and we will fix it. I would have been a loyal customer. And this review would have been 5 stars but I guess I’ll take my time and money else where.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get my nails done today for grad pics. I specifically asked the lady for tapered square and she proceeded to put STILETTO tips on me. I didn’t say anything because I assumed a PROFESSIONAL knew what she was doing. I WAS WRONG she gave me coffin nails. When I told the lady this isn’t what I wanted she then proceeds to say “your fingers are too skinny to achieve that shape” and “she did the best she could”. Like that wasn’t bad enough, she agreed to do my lashes as well and that was even worse. She had me lay down while she took her sweet time with another client then comes back to start my lashes only to say she has another client and has to reschedule. I went in that day and the same woman plus another woman smoothed the nails on my left hand. That was great yet the design was not consistent with the right hand and they didn’t bother to check the right hand to confirm consistency. Still, I’m not coming back and do not recommend.Second visit: I had to tell the woman (different one this time) who did my nails to fix multiple things before I left. She seemed in a rush since they were closing and the quality looks terrible (the nails on my left hand were bulky). Never coming back. Please do not waste your time here, unless you ask for Lupita. I’ve never had her service but I notice she takes her time with clients and they always seem satisfied. Honestly I’m finding a new place though.First visit: My acrylic nails look great! But I had to wait an hour, they didn’t have time to do my pedicure, and the woman doing my nails put me in pain when she cut my cuticles too far a few times.
