The owner is very unprofessional and rude. I was told to call back in 1hr to check if they had an opening but I was in the area so I decides to stopped by the salon. OMG, I regret it … she was so rude didn’t even let me explain that I was in the area and decided to stop by instead of calling to check the availability. She kept giving me bad looks and did not let me explain that I was in the area. I left very unhappy and disappointed of her reaction as the salon owner.

The first andlast time I went there, they said they could do curly hair so I allowed it. The lady who did my hair didn’t know what the was doing and cut my hair like a boy cut and she barely understood English. She also used way too much heat that burnt my scalp. The next day I had to go to a barber shop so they can fix it and had to cut most of the curly parts of my hair that I didn’t want to cut, and now I have lots of heat damage in the back of my head. I don’t recommend this place to anyone with curly hair, people who can’t handle lots of heat or people that can’t speak Spanish.
