Sonia’s Beauty Color Express

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I’ve gone to this location twice and both times had a bad experience. My first time, my appointment was canceled the day of and then rescheduled to the next day. Upon arriving the next day, they told me they couldn’t complete my color because the appointment time was too late. Mind you, the appointment time that was rescheduled to me due to their emergency. She dyed my hair color and put a color that I did not ask for or want. After expressing my disdain for the color, she said please return and I promise to do it exactly how you want. I return today – and she told me that color cant be achieved because of the way they put the color last time. Mind you, the color was done by her. She continuously repeated how the process would take her a ‘long’ time and I should go another color for fall instead. The lack of professionalism and customer service is astounding. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I’ve gone to this location twice and both times had a bad experience. My first time, my appointment was canceled the day of and then rescheduled to the next day. Positive: ProfessionalismI being going to this salon for over 10 years and I surprised my girlfriend with a gift card to this salon to get her color done and she loved it. I made an appointment with Sonia, I got the assistant and I ended getting scabs on my scalp after the hair dye. The long hours of waiting weren’t worth it. PS. For the disgusting work that they do, they charge a lot.
