Critical: Professionalism, QualityTerrible services. 1 star for doing eyebrows decently, but Sonia messed up my hair completely. I went to her couple months back for ombre, showed her a picture and she left the bleach so long in my hair that I experienced hair loss and very dry hair until I got color at another salon to cover the bleached hair. I went to her couple months back for ombre, showed her a picture and she left the bleach so long in my hair that I experienced hair loss and very dry hair until I got color at another salon to cover the bleached hair. First thing that I see when I come in is the employee waxing her own eyebrows. She proceeded to tell me to sit down and wait, and DIDNT WASH HER HANDS AFTERWARDS. I told her I was growing out my eyebrows for THREE MONTHS.My eyebrows are very thin and straight now, definitely screaming 2012. All thanks to her. then she had the AUDACITY to ask where I got my eyebrows previously done and got so defensive when I told her I didn’t like my eyebrows. I’m 26 and I’ve been getting them done since I was 12. I KNOW when someone does them right. Don’t waste your time or money.didn’t listen to my requests, didn’t accommodate me in ANY WAY. Make appointments or walk in. The customer is treated with absolute professionalism. I have been loyal customer of Almas for 13 yrs. These ladies listen to your requests and needs, they go above and beyond to make sure your visit is completely satisfactory. Other salons shuffled me through without regard for my satisfaction one place responded to my hygiene questions by stating all salons have sticky and dirty work areas, acting as though it was normal. At Sonia Salon share any concern and ask any question and they happily go over any issues or apprehension that you have. All of their work tools are brand new for alone. Great work at a great price. Professional yet relatable

It was very obvious from the beginning this place cares more about money than a customer’s satisfaction. I took my daughter because she wanted to get highlights and it turned out to be a disaster. The woman was so rough towards my daughter’s hair, my daughter was crying when she got home. There were barely any changes made to my daughter’s hair. The people here DO NOT KNOW HOW TO O HIGHLIGHTS! Yikes!! Although this place has nice threading and waxing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR HAIRCUTS AND HIGHLIGHTS!! She does not know how to do highlights at all and she is very rough and will break your hair. PLEASE DONT RUIN UR HAIR!!
