Very. Very SLOW! People go to the Africans because they are fast. 9-12 hours for knotless is insane. Needs to hire more braiders. Sonia’s work is very good & prices but expect to spend your entire day there.

My experience with Sonia over the phone was very professional. I had booked previous dates then had to cancel a couple of times because I had been hospitalized for 4-5 days. I had communicated to her the style of plaits I wanted, box plaits. I didn’t want them small because my hair was thinning at the top. Day of my appointment, I arrived around 12pm. I thought Sonia was doing my hair but it was other 2. They had my scalp on fire. As I told Sonia I didn’t want small plaits and they were tight. I took them down that same night. I asked for my money back. She said she couldn’t do that but could do my hair over. I told her after many bad experiences with the Africans pulling my hair out I would never get plaits from them again . I text her again and told her that we need to come to an agreement half my money back are something. Never heard from her, it’s going on 2 weeks. CAN I SUE HER??

Ms.Sonia and Ms.Owah were so nice, quick, and did AMAZING WORK. I have extremely thick hair and they were able to do a full head of long, small knotless braids in less than 7 hrs. I will most definitely be coming back

I rated my experience a 2 because of the time it took for the service versus what I was told upon booking the appt. it took from 9-4:45pm for individuals (braids)…I’ve never experienced a wait time like this and I’ve been getting braids for over 20 years.
