Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualitySong’s has been a let down the last few times and seem to be inconsistent. They have hours posted but never go by these. Today I went in at 4:27, all the signs and online say they close at six, the barber told me they weren’t taking anymore customers today. The time before this I went on Sunday at 3:48 and the building was completely closed. Song’s has been a let down the last few times and seem to be inconsistent. They have hours posted but never go by these. Today I went in at 4:27, all the signs and online say they close at six, the barber told me they weren’t taking anymore customers today. Positive: Quality, ValueSong and her crew do a great haircut at a good price. Never waited more than 10 mins. At least three barber working at all times. Kids and adult cuts. Military discount.Service: Haircut

Critical: ValueOne of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten and I’ve left the BX bleeding before, so that says a lot. Almost looks untouched; I asked for a 1 1/2 on the sides and it looks like a 3 at best. There was no blending done. I left with a bowl cut instead of a fade. All that is noticeably trimmed is the area around the ears and below. One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten and I’ve left the BX bleeding before, so that says a lot. Almost looks untouched; I asked for a 1 1/2 on the sides and it looks like a 3 at best.
