I scheduled a Kybella appointment with Lexi at the Grapevine location and not knowing exactly what to expect I was a bit nervous but from the time I walked in I was greeted by the manager Kathy and immediately knew I was in good hands. I was first given an ice pack to start numbing my under chin fat.. once I used the ice pack for about 20 min. they put a ” road map” under my chin to help show the location of the injections.
