I am pleased with all services! Starting with reception, the front desk employees are friendly, helpful and dedicated to good services. My dermatologist and nurse are professional and thorough. Nurse Kay, RN is excellent. She is experienced and safely administers my Botox and filler. So glad I found Sona.

Hair Laser RemovaI-had a late evening appointment, when I arrived they had me down for a service that I had not requested and then refused to do my requested service, stating it was “too late and they can only do the service they had me down for”. At this time they had several employees lingering around the office, and as I pled with them to do the service I had requested the customer rep nonchalantly brushed me off even when I said “I’m never returning” her response was “okay!“ it seems like no one cared or listened to my complaints,! Lack on compassion and very unprofessional. 1 star is too high for this location! I have been to several of their locations – 0 stars would be more fitting!
