My boyfriend made an appointment with the shop owner on StyleSeat a week in advance. We showed up about 15 minutes before his appointment to a closed shop and we stayed there for about 45 minutes, way after his appointment time. We called the provided shop number multiple times and our calls were never answered. How can you own a business and not show up to an appointment you approved? We never received a call to cancel or to inform us she would be late.
