I’ve used Somersworth Nails a handful of times due to it being the closest salon/usually relatively short wait to get in. I was never blown away by their work but nothing majorly wrong. After this last experience, I will likely not be going back.

Not even a week after getting a dip manicure, my nails have cracked and starting peeling. I do not recommend this place. They are not consistent with their prices either. Very disappointed that I spent the money and not now will have to go somewhere else and spend another $45 to have my nails done again when they should have lasted at least three weeks.

Rushed, at first all nails a different shape. Had to ask my lady 3 times to fix the one square nail when the rest were round. My lady stopped doing my nails 5 or 6 times to call different people from her phone on speaker (which normally doesn’t bother me but she was clearly not paying attention) The design I wanted was very simple but apparently unachievable. Instead of using light blue she tried to water down dark blue with alcohol. Never put lotion on my hands and essentially just gave me a polish change for $45 dollars. Overall not completely unhappy with the outcome but the service was terrible. Will not be coming back.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityWait was long and now that I’m home and looking at my nails I can see how inconsistent the shape of my nails are, I had coffin going in and definitely don’t coming out, and how inconsistent the design is. The tips of my nails are rough and unpainted. Color from my last set is showing on my right pinky, several nails have small bumps, and several nails have uneven acrylic. Wish I had looked closer before leaving because I would not have paid $55 for this when I now have to go and get them fixed. Wait was long and now that I’m home and looking at my nails I can see how inconsistent the shape of my nails are, I had coffin going in and definitely don’t coming out, and how inconsistent the design is. I waited 25 minutes and my pedicure lasted 20 minutes, I paid for the deluxe. The man never used the tool on my heels. The place was packed . He skimped on my feet to hurry and get me out of the chair .
