Critical: ProfessionalismExtremely upset with the service we received today. Me, my mom, sister and sister-n-law went to get our nails done for my sisters birthday. We all got dip powder. We arrived an hour after they opened and was the only 4 people in the shop. The lady gave us our nail colors to pick from and we all looked at the same time. After 2 of us picked colors my mom and sister were still looking for what they wanted and the technician told my mom and sister they needed to pick their color now because it would take a long time to do their nails. My sister wanted an ombré and was told that would be too expensive and take too much time. After being told that my mom say for 20 minutes waiting for them to start her nails because there was 4 of us and only 3 nail technicians. We all have multiple nails that are crooked and the Polish and dip powder on top is extremely uneven. My nails feel quite bumpy on top which I assumed was due to my dip having some chunky glitter in it. However, my mom got the same dip and hers are smooth. It took about 45 minutes each to get our nails done and In that time 3 other customers walked in and 2 of them were while we were just finishing drying our nails so we were not taking up the nail technicians chairs. I walked in that nail salon today and spent $160 on some of the worst service I’ve ever received. When I’m spending my hard earned money I will not be rushed and told what I want is too expensive and will take too long.
