Made an appointment to get my son a haircut , when we arrived the hairstylist was giving a kid a haircut that looked like a horrible Mohawk, the kid kept on telling the hairstylist to stop and she kept on going not listing to him claiming that it takes time to give someone a fade, he clearly looked uncomfortable and she continue giving him attitude, I decided to walk out and and don’t recommend this place to anyone, the hairstylist has a bad attitude and lack of professionalism.

Absolutely AWFUL experience!! My son went in for a fade and came out Bald all around the side of his head. The lady doesn’t know what she is doing. My son told her it to stop and that’s not what he wanted… her response was perfection takes time. He’s going to be starting High School with a butchered haircut. Never going back.

Worst type of customer service! Let another customer cut in front of me after waiting up to 30 minutes(favoritism). RETURNED that same afternoon to be told as soon as I sat down, that they were all done for the day. Although they were open for hours still. Owner lies about having remaining appointments. As a matter of fact I’ve called trying to make an appointment, and was told to just come in. I guess when your business is doing that well, you can afford to turn away clients.
