Very disappointed, my wife and I went in for pedicures. Both of the ladies that worked on us rushed through the entire process. The girl I had seemed to cut my toe nails down to nothing, and as I don’t really do pedicures a lot, I didn’t know that they shouldn’t be that short. My nails we also “filed” completely unevenly. They are jagged.

Years ago I used to be a regular here, but the person I always booked with is no longer there. I started going to a different nail place in town but couldn’t reach them so we thought we would come back here. I’ve been told this place is sort of hit and missed depending on who you get and that exactly the experience we had. My daughter’s pedicure was about 15 minutes longer than mine, I had barely any massage or scrubbing done, she rushed through the whole thing, She started late stopped to help other people take phone calls etc. It was very disappointing and I won’t be returning.

After a 4 HOUR appointment, my acrylics were lumpy, not straight, completely different lengths (left index was a centimeter longer than right index). She didn’t know what Matte was? I had to explain and she still did a normal shiny top coat. After 4 hours I just wanted to leave. I paid her and tipped very well because I felt bad she stayed after closing. Worst nail experience. After a 4 HOUR appointment, my acrylics were lumpy, not straight, completely different lengths (left index was a centimeter longer than right index). I asked for an almond shape and received a oval (I asked her to make them pointier and she filed them some more but barely changed the shape and it makes me nervous to ask again). Some of the nails are thicker on one side. There is a large gel polish bump on my thumb and missing spots on the sides and there was polish on my fingers. They have issues overbooking. I saw two other appointments leave after waiting too long to even be acknowledged, and one pair of girls left after the owner went running to look for her appointment book because no one wrote down their appointment. I was there for 2 hours for a full set with gel. A large part of that time was spent entertaining myself on my phone while my nail tech LEFT to give another customer a pedicure, while I sat with plastic tips glued to my nails and that was it. I was getting up to leave when another girl came to finish my nails. I ended up being cut twice to the point of bleeding and when I left there was acrylic all over my hands, and the finish was lumpy. Still I was charged $56.

Needed a pedicure while traveling and stopping off in Solvang. Walk-in welcome. Very clean, sterile tools. Files were not reused, they gave them to me in a baggie at the after my pedicure. Seemed like some regulars as well as visitors in the shop. Prices were not inflated because it’s in a tourist town.
