I wish I could put negative stars on here. Absolute worst experience just trying to book an appointment. I got a massage certificate almost a year ago and have had the absolute worst time trying to redeem it because the availability to get an appointment was extremely difficult. I have made 3 different appointments over the course of a year and every time they have canceled my appointments. So now almost a year later and I still haven’t been able to use my certificate. Complete garbage trying to schedule anything. They need to hire more people or something because this is ridiculous. I am not rescheduling this same appointment for a 4th time!
