Solo Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called in to make an appointment and was told they only accept walk-ins. Okay cool. So I go in the next day, and as soon as I walked in, I greeted the room and literally was acknowledged by no one except another young lady waiting to get her nails done. So I took a seat and no one even walked up to me to ask what service I was looking for. So about an hour and a half later I wondered if they even knew I was there so I go to one of the ladies who was with a client and I told her I wanted a gel manicure done. She looked at me and said when one of the ladies opens up, she’ll take me. Okay cool. I waited about 2 hours and so before I was seated in one of the nail tech’s chair. Who clearly looked and had the attitude of an over worked exhausted tech. I initially wanted 2 colors but the lady was so rude I opted out and just went with 1 color. I PAY FOR THE SERVICE I expect a well done job. The service was rushed through and sloppy and effortless. I didn’t even want the hand massage. I just wanted to get out of here. Not going back. I called in to make an appointment and was told they only accept walk-ins. Okay cool. So I go in the next day, and as soon as I walked in, I greeted the room and literally was acknowledged by no one except another young lady waiting to get her nails done. So I took a seat and no one even walked up to me to ask what service I was looking for.
