This establishment was unprofessional and the hair stylist was inattentive she treated my hair with bleach and left me in the chair for over an hour to assist another patron, in doing so she did not give me the hair style I requested. The picture on the web does not match the service. I am dissatisfied and hurt for the service I received today. Business like this steal from the patrons. With disappointment I write this review and caution any future patron to consider there choice in this business, it is not worth the time. FYI I had to give a star because Google would allow the post if not selected

I had given up for 2 yrs on looking for a really good hair stylist every time i tried a new place i was very disappointed. A friend of mine recommended her to me. I had been following her on IG for a little while before making a decision to go seek her services. All the work she posted was amazing! and boy oh boy I was glad i found her. Kenlly is a very skilled stylists who care about the integrity of your hair and your satisfaction. Her prices can’t be beat for the quality you receive. She has become my to go hairstylist. Not only does she work with hair but she is very talented in make up and photography as well. Make your appointment you wont be disappointed.

this is my second time going to this place and now I remember why I didn’t come back after the first time. I decided to give this place a second try but I received the same outcome. I asked the owner, kenly, to make my hair a high ombré with a caramel color and not blonde. When she finished dying my hair, my hair was sooo yellow! I asked her if it will stay this color and she said with the shampoo that I’ll buy (I had to buy purple shampoo in her salon) it’ll tone down and it’ll start to blend with my hair color. She started saying it didn’t come out the color I wanted because my hair was “over processed” but I haven’t dyed my hair and the last time I actually bleached it was the first time Kenly did it for me. Anyways, I kind of liked the color at first but it was looking a little green and like a silver blonde. It was not the color I wanted and I told her that but she said once I wash it the green will come out and the blonde will start to not be so blonde (but it’s still not caramel like how I asked her.) I even showed her a picture before she dyed my hair! So a few days go by I finally wash my hair and my hair just got even more blonde and more yellow! She did such a good job on the ombré but not the color :(. And on top of that it was pretty expensive she charged me $20 for a cut and she barely cut anything cause I told her I just wanted a little bit off the ends. Overall I was charged $200 for the shampoo & the job she did. So I told her I was unhappy with the color and she said I could come back in for a toner and I wouldn’t be charged. I go back for the toner the next week and then I loved the color of my hair again! It was brownish and caramel just like the color I wanted. But it did not last long and eventually I had to wash my hair and of course the toner washed off. My hair was back to blonde. So I’m not happy with the color and I’m not happy that she’s kind of overpriced for her “work.”
