The staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is so peaceful and gets me relaxed as soon as I step inside. I love sitting in the lounge and enjoying the pretty scenery and sipping tea. My daughter and I enjoy going in the steam room. We love all the extra amenities like showers blow dryers hair ties. Etc. every service I’ve ever had there has been great. We look forward to going every chance we get.

Spa is gorgeous and the eucalyptus sauna was nice. I clearly filled out on intake form I wanted a “deep tissue” massage. I’ve had tons of massages and this was very very light pressure. Nothing special on technique. Plus, the massage was twice the cost I pay in Edmond for a FAR better massage.

My massage therapist did a great job. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the environment is a bit loud and the front desk staff weren’t all that great. The one that helped my husband and I were definitely rushing me in the sauna and that ruined the experience. For $200+ it would have been nice to relax without interruption.

The services and masseuses were wonderful but a little too high priced. I had a 10% discount and a $100 gift certificate and it was still pretty extravagant. We live in OKC and can get basically two here for what we had one at your spa. We might come back to the Artesian and we loved Sulphur but doubtful we would get a spa treatment.
