I had a very sweet mail tech but the skills of painting the nails were lacking. At the end of the manicure, I was still left with messy polish and she wasn’t able to cover the sides of most of my nails. I haven’t had an issue like this at other nail salons. I ended up asking them to fix this because I knew it would bug me in the weeks to come and someone else had to assist. They were accommodating of this at least but it was super uncomfortable!

I absolutely love this place. All the staff does great work and are friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and everything is always clean and organized. I come here frequently with my mother in law and we always have a wonderful time. The most recent we brought my niece for her birthday and she had a great time getting pampered! So glad to have a wonderful Nail Salon in Hendersonville. Thank you all so much!!

Everyone was nice….but I would rather no one talk to me and have good nails then have my terrible nails and awful pedi with a nice tech. Everything is smudged and just a bad job, I don’t go to professionals to look at my nails thinking “I could’ve done much better.”

Sam did a great job with my pedicure and nails. I came in fairly late and didn’t want to keep her to do the manicure but she said it was no problem and still did a wonderful job. 2 weeks later and they are still holding up. Will definitely return. Salon is spacious and clean.

I came here as a mothers day gift with a party of 3 girlfriends of mine all Making appointments at 5:30. We originally waited 30 minutes before even being seated then both of my friends proceeded to get their toes done as I patiently wait for my technician. I had to have my water refilled 2 times due to waiting so long, it got cold. My 2 friends were completed with their pedicures and I still sat without a technician coming over to me. I waited almost 2 hours and people with nail appointments 30 minutes after me were being seen before me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE TIME MANAGEMENT. don’t waste your time making an appointment or even doing business with these people. They didn’t even try to make it right. I will never come back!!

Loved my first visit at Soleil! I went for a pedicure & their prices were so reasonable, decided to upgrade. I had Kevin as my technician, he was very meticulous, and attentive. I had the deluxe pedicure for $40,. Included extras like salt scrub, leg & food massage & hot wax foot treatment! Very clean and spacious nail spa. I’ll be going back for SURE!
