Quite honestly, I was very disappointed in this tanning salon. The prices are very expensive- I paid $155 for an all inclusive package for 1 month and goggles, which I don’t mind paying if I were to have received the level of service that was expected. I was told AFTER I purchased the package that I would have to purchase their lotions, as they did not allow outside lotion to be used on the beds ( in fear of damaging the bed – been to many salons and have never heard this), even though the lotion I had was the exact same one behind the counter. If I would have known this before, I would not have signed up for the package. Then when I used the basic bed, it did not even seem to be working correctly. It lit up – but there was no heat or the sensation of being tanned. I hadn’t tanned in over a month – so I thought I would receive some sort of color- absolutely nothing. I asked the lady at the desk about this and there was no apologies- just that it was operating correctly (which it wasn’t.) I didn’t go back at all for the month because of the poor taste this left in my mouth. When I called to cancel my membership, I was told I would have to come in to do so. I came in and explained that I was cancelling my membership, there was no questions asked to why, or how they could improve service. The only thing that was said to me is where to sign confirming the cancellation. BTW- when I can back in to cancel they had a sign up that their bronzing bed was “out of commission” as well. I would have loved to continue to tan here, but I’m going back to the other salon in Lewisburg, where I know the beds work, I can use my own tanning products, and it doesn’t cost a large amount of money for poor quality.

The tans last, don’t smell bad and the vibe here is friendly and warm. Bonus! Rachel is such a lovely person. All in all, I’ve gotten several nice tans with the perfect sun kissed glow. The ladies that work here are top of the line and very professional and friendly and they give you a warm welcome with a beautiful smile as soon as you walk in the door.. The beds are top of line, and if your worried about germs don’t be, I watched one of the workers clean the bed myself and let me tell me anything that could be touch was cleaned!! Critical: ValueIt’s a very nice place but the prices are extremely high for this area, I didn’t even pay this much to tan in downtown Pittsburgh. A pack of lotion and a 5 dollar tan (only five bucks because of a promotion) cost me 22 dollars.
