I enjoyed my first visit to Sole Salon & Boutique in beautiful downtown Liberty today. I’ve been looking for an experienced stylist in my home town that use Aveda products. The salon is very attractive, clean, and the owner/stylist most inviting. Abbie skillfully trimmed and styled my hair in addition to giving me just the advice I needed from product to styling tips. Terrible customer service. My color was left to process for over an hour. The stylist never checked in with me as she was busy with another client. I finally asked her to wash it out as my scalp was burning. Her excuse was that the client before me was late and the client she was working on while I processed was also late. I now have roots that are too dark, leaving me with a line that is clearly visible, and my scalp still hurts. When I called to remedy the situation, I was told I could go back to the same stylist, or wait over a week for the owner to fix it.
