This place used to be great under prior ownership, but ever since it’s been downhill. Doubled their prices, and lowered their standards. We used to come all the time, but we are now going to find a new place to go, TOO EXPENSIVE now for the quality you get. Might as well go to a Massage envy or Elements for these prices.

My father and I have been going here for a few years now and applied so much pressure that we were sharply exhaling and were left with pain after leaving. Aside from that we didnt have much money and when we could only tip a small amount the front desk wouldnt let us leave without giving a bigger tip. I understand tips help people, but since the prices rose from $20 to $25 and then the “suggested” (required) tip is $5 per person, we practically paid for an additional massage from when they had better service and better prices. They still have better prices than many other places, but this was just a real bad experience. 7/5/19

I was injured by a therapist at this place in July 2016. He overextended my hip in a very aggressive stretch. I am a former massage therapist and these types of stretches should be done in a slow, gentle, methodical manner. I woke up the next morning with hip pain and it has not healed, even after 3 months of PT and acupuncture. I went back the next morning and asked for my money back but had to fight the manager for it. I am a yoga instructor and had to give up most of my classes because it aggravates the injury. I can’t even find out who the owner is as the manager refuses to tell me and no one responds to my emails. Aside from my injury, the massage was horrible.

I went to another place and just receivied a message it was so bad that I got into my car and drove strat to Sole Relax Massage. This is the second time I’ve gone to Sole. I should have just drove the few extra miles instead of trying somewhere new. Lesson learned!! Neil was my message therapist and he got every single knot out of my back. Im a thicker woman and they never make me feel uncomfortable. I love this place. Always friendly, so quiet and relaxing.

Complete jerks. They answered the phone and left at least 5 times during a 60 minute massage. And why would you advertise a $20 massage if you are going to aggressively harass customers afterwards? If you are going to demand $25 then list that as the price. They speak poorly about you in their language and laugh.
