Very unfortunate that a member of 5 years is hit with a “cancellation fee” of $99 because they now have to move out of state for work. Don’t be fooled by promises of fancy upgrades and better quality sunless solution for an extra $10 a month on top of your normal sunless package. It’s actually entirely new contract that starts your 12 month commitment over. So even though I’ve been coming here since 2018 and paid them thousands of dollars in monthly package fees, because I haven’t had this “upgrade” for over a year I owe a fee that is equal to two times my monthly package price. Honestly glad I am no longer affiliated with this money hungry business who clearly has no regard for loyal customers. So frustrating. Future customers beware. Chose this company because they are a “local business” but you’re better off with the chains that allow you to cancel whenever you want.

I wanted a couple of spray tans in the spring . The girl helped me with getting a monthly debit from my account for unlimited because it was the most economical. I specifically stated to her I only wanted it for two months and then I was going to cancel. AND asked twice would there be a cancellation fee . Twice she told me no. I went in to cancel it and they charged me a $99 fee. Not an honest way to run a business. Very sneaky and dishonest.

They are a scam. They will put you on contract, charging you $75 a month, and call and harass you on weekends trying to collect payment even when you haven’t been there in three months. Tanning

Awesome tanning salon! At first i really didn’t like Solarium at all. No towels, no mirrors, the sound system in the beds were horrible (but you’re only in the 12 mins)…just a tanning bed and a cube to sit on. Now that life feels a little more relaxed, they are providing towels. I think…. Bed 1, 7 and 11 are the best in my opinion. I’m not enrolling for another package though. See what you think! Oh and the sweet girls at the Shawnee locations…all of them…are all about the customer. Always a smile. They know everything about every single bottle of anything in that salon. A good team!

Customer service was great. I tanned to help with my depression since I lost my son in March. It gives me a chance to relax and forget life for 15 min. I layed in the level 1 bed my choice. I paid for 1 visit a pkgof lotion and disposable eye wear. Just wanted to try before investing. Ill be back pleasant relaxed atmosphere. Very clean. Staff were pleasant. I need to find myself again.

Critical: ProfessionalismVendors beware with Solarium and Jane Lagrow. We did her lawn and landscape at the Shawnee location for a few years. Last year we didn’t charge her for anything due to COVID to help her out. She agreed to pay this year and not a penny was received. She kept telling us she would get caught up on her bills and only told us that so we would keep mowing. She never had any intention of paying the bill. We finally stopped due to non payment and her not returning repeated texts, calls and emails. She owes us almost 900 dollars for mowing services and landscaping. Good spa but out of date tanning salon and bulbs needed to be changed. Sales are pushed extremely hard at this salon not to mention its extremely pricey. Loved this salon until I started going to Celsius Tannery better lotion options….better beds better sales…win win
