I called this service and expressed exactly why I needed work on my lower right back, a muscle knot that needed to be released. She even suggested a few things. Later that day she made me an appt. On arrival I filled out a form and on it stated my reason being there, my right lower back and stated it 3 times on the form. I even spoke to the LMT before and again told her why I was there. Specifically. I received a relaxation message and virtually she ignored my problem area. When she finished, I asked her a about my right lower back. She worked on it her 5 minutes and that was it. $90 and zero relief. I spoke to the owner, Jeanie the next day and she basically said oh well, you should have gone to a chiropractor to get that problem fixed. Then why did she make an appt for me? Why didn’t the LMT spend more than a few minutes, until asked, to work on the problem I went there for? Very very disappointed, still not an ounce of relief and $90 wasted. On top of it I have received relaxation massages in the past and all things aside, it was rather just fair. On a fixed income, I don’t have money to needlessly waste.

Ask for an hour massage on my back she refused saying it would hurt too much the next day. I’ve had hour massages before on my back and they are fine the next day, so I don’t know what’s going on with her she might be a good masseuse I don’t know cuz I didn’t get very much done.

Went to my first massage at her new location with Jeanie Keisler today and have to say was the best one I’ve ever had. Not only is she great with her hands, she’s very attentive to what the patient wants and needs. She uses a variety of soothing oils, relaxing music, and has a heated bed and heated wraps to make sure you’re very comfortable. I went in feeling horrible all over, especially my lower back and had a headache; within 10 minutes my headache was gone and I have felt great everywhere since I left. I’m so glad she’s closer now so I can have regular great massages!
