I love the work they do at Solara Sol! My nails and toes are always looking great on my way out! They also do a wax treatment that comes with nails and it is the coolest experience (but the wax is hot obviously ) and will leave your hands so soft! I can’t wait for my next mani/pedi at Solara Sol!

I’ve been to this place once last year and it was great! But now I will not come back.. this place is not walk in welcome so I called and the owner told me he was not able to do acrylic nails due to staff like what??? Then proceeded to say thank you bye and hung up before I even got to the chance to say anything else! Very rude do not come here

i was getting a simple nail design done and i had Sns being done and one of the nails looked a little more yellow than the others after the just finished the base and i asked if they could do an extra coat and they said no and told me to leave. they didn’t even get the shape or color right either. My first experience here was top tier. I loved everything about this business and the treatment I received. However That changed when I broke a nail and I wanted to get it fixed a week later. Not only was the man in the front of the business asleep with his mouth open but he was very disgruntled that I came in to get my nail fixed and make me seem like a problem. He asked that I have an appointment and I told him no. And he was very dismissive and I suggested that I go across the street to get my nail fixed when I got my new set from this business. It really hurt my feelings and very discouraging being that I’m an African-American woman but I didn’t want to automatically result to my race as the issue but just being selective of who is energy comes in the business and I feel as if he doesn’t accept me because I am confident African-American and I can articulate my feelings and experiences. Some people don’t accept this and it makes them uncomfortable however that is the reality. I felt very unwelcomed. So after my nail was fixed and I try to make an appointment for my next filling and my pedicure as my sons I was denied and told to just walk in. Had I not been able to articulate my experiences and been trying to communicate effectively they would have mistaken my frustration for hostility and called the police immediately because that’s how people Weaponized the police do not service African-Americans. I’m way too intelligent. I will find the right business for me and have a great day

Usually frequent Johns Creek location. Decided to try Gainesville on a Sunday during opening hour. Male host stated no availability. Did not ask to make appt. or next availability. Place was fairly empty. After short rejection, I replied thank you and went to a different nail salon.

Our toes looked good and we enjoyed the treatment of the pedicure.Julie was rough with mom when she took her nails off and they hurt for days after.The tools weren’t clean and at one point I almost asked for a clean file since the one she was using looked used.
