Miscommunication occurred where credit was thought to be applied to restart a membership. My credit card was charged for my daughters membership without authorization, signage or receipts. No services were rendered or used within 24 hours of realizing what happened, Alex would not agree to refund money which I surely cannot understand as a buisness owner. In this economy when mistake is made you should make it right. Surely you can understand my review .

I was with them for a long time and spent a lot of money. I tested positive for COVID!!! Usually you would need to go in to cancel your membership. In my case I called them and explained that I tested positive for COVID I made it very clear that I wanted to cancel for now and the girl assured me that I was fine and did not need to come in. Which was a good thing cause one by one my family tested positive. Well here we are 9 months later and the have been charging my account every month since. Keep in mind I’ve moved out of the state since all of this. When I called the girl was rude and told me “how do we know you don’t live here anymore” As if I were lying! I requested that one of the owners call me and that never happened and they still won’t refund my money! I would not recommend this place and I wish I would have listened when someone tried to warn me about them.

Critical: ValueI got a new banking account, tried freezing my account to wait for my new debit card to come in. She said I couldn’t freeze over the phone and to come in when I have my new card. My card cake while I was out of town so once I returned I came back and they said I had to pay for 2 months that I didn’t even tan. They said I should have frozen my account if i wasn’t going to tan. they only hire good looking tan girls. which is awesome. the hospitality and manors are very nice everytime and the regional manager is very professional. plus cheapest place in town with package options . i highly recommend solar tan over anyone else and believe me ive been to the others. just go to solar tan and dont waist your time .
