I have been coming here for haircuts and dyes for over a year now and I love the quality of service at this location. To be more specific, Nahawand is very good and knowledgeable. She can give very good advice on the colors and shades that best fit the skin color. I also did Keratin treatment two times and was very happy with the results. The good thing is that I put hair cover, and at this location they have a private area where covered ladies can have their hair done in privacy.

The owner is very nice and always makes sure her customers are satisfied.prices are very fair, but it’s more about the experience. So relaxing. Love that place. wonderful staff ,balsam is the best hairstylist I have ever been too; I have searched long and hard to find a stylist like her and thank god I did! Every time I walk out of the salon I leave with amazing hair, that I exactly asked for. She is amazing in highlight and color in general and cuts as well. She is the only person I let touch my hair. Wish I could give 0 stars for the terrible experience that I had today. Wanted to get my arms waxed and it was THE most painful experience of my life. The lady hurried through it because she wanted to get to the other customers and literally ignored me crying out AND the tears streaming down my face. I showed her the blood clot on my arm and she dismissed it saying that it happens a lot even though it’s never happened in the 15+ years that I’ve been waxing my arms. Will never visit this place again thanks to the rude and ignorant employees working there.

The absolute worst place I’ve been to get my eyebrows done in Johns Creek/Alpharetta area and that’s saying a lot because many of these threading salons are not good. I clearly told the lady doing my brows that I wanted to keep them thick and natural and even showed her a picture of what I wanted. Not only did she make my eyebrows extremely thin she also took off the arch of my eyebrow so that it became entirely straight with no shape. She was entirely unprofessional when I asked why she decided to not clean up my eyebrows and do whatever she wanted, ruining them and the shape that they had. When I told her that I need someone else to come do the other brow she said I would have to wait 1 hour and wasn’t even attempting to try to fix the issue that she created. I told her no, I have things to do. A manager came out a few minutes later and immediately understood the other lady was at fault after seeing the brow she had threaded. She was very apologetic and tried to fix the other brow even though the other brow could not be fixed. I appreciate the manager for dealing with the situation in a respectful and professional manner but not once did the other lady apologize for messing up so badly! I would not recommend any of my friends to go here and won’t be coming back. If you are going here make sure that you don’t choose someone random. I’ve been a couple times before and they never did my eyebrows like this but this lady was older and didn’t seem to even care what she was doing and was just trying to finish as quickly as possible. I would recommend going somewhere else! Also they charge more for brows here than other places in the JC area so another negative!

Every one who works there are well experienced but I particularly liked the services of Mehwish. She has magic in her hands. It was so soothing and relaxed when she did my facial. Waxing was also awesome. I sincerely recommend Mehwish.

I recently went to Solar Salon to get Keratin Treatment along with a haircut. The owner did a fabulous job both administering the treatment and giving me an amazing cut. The owner and staff are very cooperative and soft spoken. I will definitely go back and will recommend others to check this facility.
