WORST PEDICURE EVER!! The lady literally looked like she hated her job. Made my toe bleed then kept rubbing a nail file over it to make it where I couldn’t see it. Critical: ProfessionalismI called on Tuesday, 11/17, to see if I could get an appointment. I spoke with Amy and she told me that the lady that does pedicures was not in. She asked me if I could come today, 11/18, and I said yes. I asked for a morning time and she said there wasn’t anything available until 1pm. I said ok. I get there about 12:55 and she starts talking to me real nasty saying that I was suppose to be there at 1030. Im reminding her of the conversation we had the previous day and she says I remember what I say and I said 10:30. She was literally arguing in front of other customers. I got up and walked out. I entered the store right behind another customer at 515p , she was told to pick a color, I was told that they were closed even though the hours on the door say 630p and the open sign was on. Based upon the dirty looks I received from the clientele and the staff I left with the impression that my tan will never be dark enough to be served in that salon.

Solar Nails and tan is the only nail place in baymimette I would go to Mrs.amy and her husband are great owners they make sure your satisfied by the time you leave I go there every two weeks and never once had any issues I love them like family and they treat everyone who walks through their doors like family.i love this place wouldn’t go anywhere else.thanks Amy for always treating us like family.

Horrible service I ask for a manicure and pedicure hardly no one in there when I came I sat with my feet in water for an hour and nothing was done. When I ask them how long it would take they didn’t answer me I walked out.
