Had an appointment at 12noon and was on time. Walked in and manger asked my I help you and I indicated that I made an appointment for 12noon. I ask him was the nail techinican there and he said yes but she was servicing another customer. The manager asked what type of service was I having, which I stated when I made the appointment, manicure and pedicure. He then begin to ask me several questions about what type of service is required for my nails, which I was not understanding. I then asked him to explain to me what’s the differences in the services, he begin to explain that I needed services for acrylic, fill-in, nails, etc. Not sure why I needed to know all this I just wanted my nails and feet done. He indicated the person I had the appointment with didn’t know how to do acrylic nails, but what does that have to do with me getting a pedicure. I then asked him if he did nails and asked if he would do my nails and said NO he has an appointment, which by the way didn’t arrive until 12:45pm. I then asked him if another technician could do my nails, he said sure and he ask me to pick a chair to sit in so he could put acetone on my feet to remove gel. At this point a customer indicated to me to go the the end of the line of chairs, which I felt very insulted by her. After sitting there for 45 minutes the nail technician that I asked for final came to service me and she did a great job! At the end of my service I spoke with the female manager about how I felt mistreated and was not pleased at all with how I was treated. I explained to her while sitting there for three (3) hours I noticed how differently they were treating clients and she tried to explain to me about how they try to pair persons who knows how to do specific services, which I understand but what’s the purpose of me making an appointment if I have to sit and wait, totally unacceptable. The woman manager extended an apologize but it would have been nice to offer a discount for service rendered. Unfortunately, the nail technician I normally have visit was not there on Monday.

Apparently, there are only 2 technicians that do nails very well, but you’ll need an appointment to get serviced by them. I only get gel manicures & I request designs; however, not all of the technicians know how to do nail art. Its always an ordeal. I go for convenience, but strongly suggest making appointments with the good nail techs if you can even get their names.
