this was my first time coming here. really nice atmosphere. i got a pedicure with gel polish and a full set with gel and i am really satisfied with how my nails came out. i usually get square nails and i like them SQUARE but no other salon usually does them how i like them because they usually come out square round. i went to this salon and my nails and toes came out great. my nails are the shape that i wanted and i also got gems on my ring finger which turned out super cute. my services were done by a younger man and he dedicated over three whole hours to my services!! would definitely come again

The 4.5 star rating must be incentivized because this was the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. It’s cramped, has dingy furniture, no complimentary beverages, and is in an area I would double check that I locked my doors. I walked in and asked for a French manicure, full set. I was very clear about that. It was even printed on a slip for the man doing my nails. I waited an hour for him to get started. He kept trying to convince me to get dip powder instead of what I wanted. I said again I wanted a full set, French manicure. He got started. I stopped him on the first nail when it didn’t appear to be the right color powder. He assured me he was doing what I asked for. Halfway through the process, he asked if I want my whole nail painted with gel polish. Again, I said I wanted a French manicure. He claimed to not know that’s what I wanted. Started arguing with me and says I should’ve stopped him. I did… at this point I was running out of time. I had another appointment to get to. I also mentioned that when I walked in and was assured the timeline was not a problem. Instead of starting over, he painted on my tips. It is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen and cost $70. The “tips” are half my nail and aren’t precise. I will never return. You shouldn’t even go. A nail salon that can’t do a basic French manicure, can’t do anything else right.

Very disappointed I paid $158 and did my nails at this salon 8 days ago! Which took them 3 hours! Two of them just fell off while I was putting my clothes in the dryer. The guy who did my pedicure didn’t even look like he wanted to do it. The other guy that did my nails just seemed annoyed with the design I was asking for. Don’t accept walk ins if you’re very busy and have a person walk out feeling like this! And with the amount I paid, these nails should have lasted two weeks at least!

I love this nail salon. Kim is so good, although I’ve had others occasionally and they were good as well.The only negative I would say is that their nail drying machines need to be replaced with new ones. The UV lights and fans don’t work in most of them. In spite of that I will definitely continue to go there and recommend it to others.

The service is ok. When I got my nails done I showed the lady what I wanted then later on told me I didn’t show her the same photo. She tried to argue with me on how I was lying, but eventually gave in. Also, the paint job is sloppy. Overall it’s not the best place I’ve been to. Pedicure, Manicure

Adam gives excellent gel manicures with attention to every tiny detail. He carefully removes my polish without damaging my nail-bed. Polish is applied in thin even coats to prevent peeling. He finishes with the best massage I’ve had yet with a manicure!
