Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI love this place. I’ve been here now and then but this last time definitely took the cake I got a fill in with nail art and eyebrow wax for $50. My eyebrows look so good the lady has it down to a T she only uses like three was strips and a few plucks and they look amazing. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted she did them no problem. I was watching her and she was just taking so much attention to detail. It was so appreciated. The last place I got them done didn’t really make them coffin how I like yet I didn’t even mention that but she still shaped them better. I love this place. I’ve been here now and then but this last time definitely took the cake I got a fill in with nail art and eyebrow wax for $50. My eyebrows look so good the lady has it down to a T she only uses like three was strips and a few plucks and they look amazing. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted she did them no problem. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here just a week in a half ago! I’ve had 4 nails just break! I did not hit them on anything, just broke! One actually broke while I was taking a shower! The first one broke the second day after and when I went to ask for a fix the said “no time” and there was only 2 people in the shop! I had to go to another shop for a fix then the next day another one just broke out of nowhere! Extremely upset about all this and will never be going back! In fact I’ve told EVERYONE I know to never go here! I’ll be sticking with Nail Design and nothing else!
