Critical: Quality, ValueHad high hopes. I was hoping to save a few dollars from my normal place, plus they were closer. You get what you pay for! Barely put 2 layers of polish so you can see through in spots and started wearing off in other spots.. Filed off previous gel so aggressively that my nails are super thin now. Bent and cracked the polish within days. They did repair but again aggressively filed and now the nail (middle) just broke off. I use to come here in from 2012-2015 & stopped coming because service & quality lacked. Decided to return in 2022, first 2 visits back were good so I decided to keep coming. The 3rd visit was horrible, waited 30 minutes to get started on my pedicure & my grandmother waited 45 minutes when we arrived shortly after they opened @9:02. My pedicure felt rushed! The technician was super rough with my feet, 2 of my toes were bleeding & hurt like hell after the service, & she was cleaning off the tools while my feet were still in the water. I feel like that’s super unsanitary, so I quickly took them out & told her she can rinse them after she drains the water. Overall, I see why I stopped coming here & I will not be back.

Absolutely love this place. Nancy is so sweet and great/!I just love her. My nails always look awesome and she never rushes with me. They greet you the moment you walk in the door I am very happy with this place. Their prices are very affordable and they don’t try to get push you to buy more like other places.

My daughter and I looked for salons near us and read all the reviews, we showed up on a Sunday morning 4 weeks ago and we were not disappointed. The ladies were very patient and professional. Today will be my 3rd visit and we will keep going. By the way, my pedicure polish is still perfect from the first time.

This is the sweetest group of ladies I’ve ever seen. I promise the customer service is really unmatchable to may places I’ve been. I came in kinda distraught because I needed to go somewhere and my strip I had on had came off on a corner. I took it off completely and asked them for a repair please. I explained I’m not from that area and I’m kinda in a bind so I needed to stop at the nearest shop. She explained they could do it but they prefer me to get the individuals. I asked why? She said they last longer and they do very very very good job. I asked how much. She stated$30. I said no, I prefer the strips today. She said $25 instead we will do for you, it last long time, longer than strips. I said ok. I would have given them more than a 3 but…. My issue is the lady that did my eyelash extensions must not have known what she was doing at all. Day 3 I had some of my extensions to fall off on my right eye. Day 4 several pieces were loose. Day 5 I had almost all of them gone. They loosened up & fell off extremely easy. I’ve gotten extensions on several occasions. Not one time have I ever experienced such a thing. My strips I choose to get sometimes will even stay on longer than 10 days. The salon I uses I tend to switch up from individuals to strips, however it’s usually a 2 week 3 week thing.This wasn’t even 7 days. Not to mention I live over an hour from this place. I’m devastated. Customer service was excellent. The service I received was just a really poor job.
