I went in to have a full set of nails with the dip powder. I told her that I wanted my nails to be thick. When she finished my nails had dips in them and the powder didn’t cover all of my nails The next day they started peeling and cracking. I went back for her to fix them and told her I wanted them thick and the whole nail covered. She did not add any powder she sanded them down and put a top coat on them. I am so frustrated and will never go back. My nails are even thinner than before. I gave her the opportunity to make it right and she did not.

Great nail salon! Sam has been doing my nails for almost two years now and he is amazing. He is very patient and diligent. He makes sure that I am completely satisfied with my nails. He is also very accommodating to my needs. The entire staff is friendly and it’s a nice atmosphere to be in.

I have been to many nail salons from West Coast to the East Coast. This is one of the best nail salons I’ve been too. Sam and Amy and everyone here are very welcoming. If they can make the time to help you they will without making anyone feel rushed. They remember who you are and even remember your name. It is very clean and they all do a fantastic job. I make the 45 minute drive every 2 weeks and it is worth every minute.

I typically don’t do reviews but I feel like I have to this time. First and last time here. They did a bad job and didn’t scrub my heels so I still have dry cracked skin and they cut my toe close to the nail bed and it’s already irritated and swelling and throbbing I literally had 4 people take turns to paint my nails…. one lady started to paint, then The she asked for someone else to step in, then a 3rd lady did it and told me I had to wait 5 minutes for the color to dry before putting on a top coat then I had to ask another lady to put the top coat on because the 3rd lady forgot. My niece had 1 person the whole time and was finished with her pedicure 20 minutes before mine and we started at the same time.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have walked out of this salon twice! I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me. Someone came in desperate for time and she was put ahead of me. Sam left to get lunch and I was still waiting. I left. My daughter went in last week with her girlfriend, they had an appointment at 4. Again, someone came in desperate to be done by 5, my daughter and her friend were pushed aside. At 445, Sam began their nails. I told her she should have left. That is the 3rd time we have had to wait when we were told “5 minutes.” I refuse to take my 3 daughters there anymore. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
