Nichole and Ally did AMAZING. Great customer service. They are pretty busy a lot of the time, which is a sign that they are good and have regulars! Ally did my nail art for the Pixar Ball and Nichole did my sister’s (on the right). She added a Minnie Mouse bow for fun for my sister! Conversation was super enjoyable too. This was the second time I tried Solar Nails. The first time I had to wait 20mins with an appt, the polish came off my nails after a couple days. I figured it just needed another coat. The second time I had never gotten my nails done faster. She sped through all the steps and in the end my French tips were all crooked, plus there was still paint and acrylic in my nail beds. I went back and had to file the sides myself because they barely did that. I’m super disappointed and pretty sure if I went back and said something it wouldn’t even get fixed to look right. Would not recommend. They over schedule themselves and then rush everything.

My appointment was for 2pm and was finally started on by 2:45pm. That was the only thing that was not amazing. My nail technician apologized and any frustration melted away with her smile.The talented ladies are very friendly and do wonderful work. They can take just about any design and reproduce it. I will not go anywhere else, I am a customer for good. Thank you again Trinity you rock!!!

So far the two times I’ve been there they’ve done really well! It is sometimes a little bit of a wait and you usually have to call a day or two ahead to book an appointment but, I think it’s worth the wait.

Critical: QualityWithin 1 day two of my nails broke off. Now it’s been less than a week and 4 nails have come off and my thumb nail is chipped. Nails were very weak. When nail tech was done I still hand extra nail product on my fingers. When I left my nails looked like a 5 yr old had done them. I went back and requested the nail tech fix them. This place has incredibly awful customer service! Be prepared, It does not matter if you have an appointment. You will be waiting for ridiculous times and that’s every time. I have went here, here and there thru the years as a close in town option.

They were running 45 minutes late for pedicures. When I mentioned that we had asked for the deluxe pedicures I was chastised for not saying something to the technicians sooner. It was our first visit! Why wasn’t I told that when I booked? Okay. Trash can right up against my pedi chair and the lid kept slamming into my pop up shelf on my pedicure chair. Felt like a total grind and the staff just ignored us. Won’t be going back.

Have great designs and colors but customer service is lacking and they charged me $70 for a fill. Not even a new set. A set I had prior was about the same design and they only charged me 60 for a full set. Won’t be going back unfortunately
