Best pedicure experience I’ve had around idaho falls. My husband and I went on our date night in a Tuesday night. No one came in and we each had almost an hours worth of pedicure. Lucy took amazing care of us.

Today I received a Pedicure from Lucy, I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. And I’m not going to Bash other local places, but I religiously get pedicures every 2-3 months. Wonderful Lucy just had to remove multiple ingrown nails. She also removed a lot of skin under my nails. All of this was causing me pain but shouldn’t have been there because of my frequent pedicures! Lucy cleaned out my nails, removed the pain, without causing pain mind you! Lucy, thank you so very much for your amazing service and attention to detail. I’m already out of pain and walking is a breeze! Truly! Thank you! I will be returning to Lucy!

I’m not one to usually write a review but I have never had a worse experience. I came in wanting medium length almond shaped nails with yellow polish and on my ring finger I wanted just a yellow tip with a white flower. There was an older woman who was in the process of getting a mani pedi and she was complaining about everything so the woman doing her nails had to redo them several times. I could tell that the nail tech was stressed and trying to make the customer happy. However, because she was stressed she rushed through my nails. I said I wanted a medium length and she cut them short without asking if the length was okay. She didn’t file the shape correctly and make sure they were all the same length and shape. She applied my polish very sloppily leaving the texture very different on each nail and polish all over my fingers. The tip on my ring finger wasn’t straight and it was so thick it covered half of my nail. She then asked to do her own design and I agreed. Instead of designing a flower she put a sticker on it that was an orange color. From the time she started til she finished was maybe 40 minutes because she rushed and didn’t bother to ask if I was happy with them. I’ll be honest in the salon they didn’t look that bad but I could tell the shape and length wasn’t right. I didn’t wanna add to her stress so I let it go. She then charged me $80 for the set. When I got to my car and looked at them closely I realized just how bad they were. I’m not one to complain but nothing was done the way I asked and for paying as much as I did I was beyond disappointed. When i got home and showed my husband while crying (he doesn’t know much about nails) he mentioned how they didn’t look right at all and insisted I go back and demand them be fixed. I’m not one for confrontation so I opted not to. I ended up going to another salon near by to have them completely re done. I’ve never had a set of nails look that bad to the point where I wanted them off my fingers. I didn’t call to complain or ask for a refund but the quality of the work done was awful. I’ve never done acrylics myself but I would have done a better job myself than what I got. I do not recommend going here. Save your money and go somewhere where they don’t rush and charge a more reasonable price. I’ve been getting my nails done for over five years and I’ve NEVER had a set done that badly. I would give zero stars if I could.
