Never open on time. Last time I went somewhere else. This time I wandered around Ace for 20 min a and returned instead of driving to Rock Springs. The guy asked me if I could come back later because he had an appointment at 930. I politely explained I had been waiting since 900. He again pointed out he had an appointment coming in at 930.
