I went in for a simple polish change. My nails stayed horrible. I don’t use acrylic anymore but I did want a nice red polish change with Shellac. The woman tells me after she takes $20 from me ” You come tomorrow I change!” I couldn’t believe she charged me… This was the worst job I have ever gotton.

Critical: Quality, ValueGot a pedicure by a thin man. About 5-7 mins into my pedicure, another customer walked in & asked if there was only 2 people working. He told her give me 5 mins. He literally sped through my pedicure. Left hot towels/wax for what seemed like 1 min or less. Then he hurried up, cleaned off my legs and painted my nails. He did a horrible job shaping and cutting my nails. After painting my nails, he skipped the oil massage, put the foam shoes and directed me to dry my toe nails. I told him he had totally skipped the massage and he had provided an incomplete pedicure. He ignored me and started working on the next lady. After drying my toes, I proceeded to pay and of course, charged me $30, full price for a 15 minute, incomplete pedicure. Terrible customer service. had me waiting over an hour, i just needed manicure and they let those w pedicure go first, and after they were done they’d do their nail.. meanwhile i was there before. Finally they attended me, and the lady left them crooked, gel all over AND hurt me a dozen times. ive heard this has happened to other friends as well
